I have been writing since...well, since I was essentially able to scribble, and though I have welcomed technology with a giant bear cuddle, and I am doing own and employ a portable computer and enjoy "jotting" down notes employing a keyboard and mouse, I enjoy cracking open my notebooks and books and writing my thoughts and ideas. Also I am keen on reading bookstores and shops for the most recent modish choice of notebooks and books or composition books.

Though technology is here for good and portables are meant to replace our paper notebooks and books absolutely sometime, I still like to note down my musings and dreams by hand, and when I open some of my favourite notebooks and books from weeks or years back, my writing is waiting for me, popping from the page like an old Dear Friend. My laptop computer doesn't do that...yet.
